What Information Do We Collect?

To book a class, we require certain details to ensure the session is suitable and to stay in touch with you. This includes:

• Your name and contact details (email, phone number)
• Your child(ren)’s name(s) and age(s)

For payments, we use Bookwhen or Happity. Please note: we do not store or retain any payment details.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data. At any time, you may:

• Request to view the personal data we hold about you and your family.
• Withdraw your consent for us to store or use your data.
• Request a copy of all information held about you.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain your information for the minimum period necessary for business or legal purposes. For legal reasons, financial records are often required to be kept for at least six years. If you request data removal, we will delete your contact details and sensitive information but will retain records of financial transactions as required by law.

Photos and Media

We occasionally take photos during classes. If we wish to use a photo featuring your child, we will always ask for your consent beforehand.
